Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone under 16.
After midnight (00:00), 16- and 17-year-olds do not need an 18+ companion or a parental consent form (Muttizettel).

If you cannot attend the festival yourself, your ticket can also be used by someone else – personalization is not required.

Note: However, your pre-topped up Cashless balance will be transferred together with your ticket.

If you want to upgrade your ticket to a different category (e.g., Friday-eTicket to Festival Ticket):

• Log in to your account.
• You can make the upgrade under "Ticket" and the sub-item "Ticket Exchange".

Here, only the price difference between the two ticket categories needs to be paid.

Important Note: An exchange is not possible by prepayment. Accepted payment methods are exclusively online payment methods such as credit card, Klarna, or Amazon Pay.

Beware: Fake tickets are circulating and can be difficult to distinguish from original ones. Do not buy tickets from online auction platforms or private sellers. All tickets will be checked on-site. Entry will be denied with a counterfeit ticket.
